This template comes from the file: securearea_form.tpl
It's not much, but it's an example of overriding the template for the secure area access form.
If you want to customize it, just be aware that there are two variables (%STATUS% and %SCRIPT_URL%)
which are replaced when get_form() is called. Don't remove them.
